點解會有口臭?常見引起口臭的 6 大成因

– 患有消化系統性疾病
– 患有牙齒疾病(例如蛀牙、牙周病或牙齦炎等)

– 口腔衛生狀況欠佳
– 有吸煙習慣
– 經常食用味道濃烈的食物(例如蒜、大蔥或韭菜等)

如口臭是由牙菌膜堆積引起,則需要做好個人口腔護理,例如經常刷牙、用餐後以清水漱口或進行定期洗牙等,避免細菌過度滋生。如果口臭原因是患有牙周病或牙齦炎等牙齒疾病,則需要進行牙周治療,清除牙周袋及牙根表面的牙菌膜及牙石,解決牙齒疾病引致的口臭。如果你有以上困擾,建議先找牙科醫生作諮詢。
